Personal Trainers, HA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you can call them that !
I know, people will give me a lot of grief, here, saying, "Well, I took the course, & I'm certified to be a personal trainer, and you are not !"
So. & your point is ?
Most of these "personal traners", don't even look like they work out. I have seen them train as well, doing "core training", and all the other goofy exercises that they do, and it shows, physique wise !!
Then, it's bad enough, that they they, themselves do their goofball training methods, they have their cleints doing the same goofy thing, that they are doing !
To quote, Mr. Miyagi, form The Karate Kid, "Their no such thing as a bad student, only bad teacher, teacher say, student do !"
That is so TRUE, once again, I tell you truth !!
Also. there are so many personal trainers out their, and they charge $100 or so per hour, to train you ? What ???? The have a right to make a living, I guess, like anyone else does.
This is so fuuny, I'm stll laughing.
When I trained at a fitness center, & I did real training, I asked the manager of the club, if he would hire our current & 3 times, Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler as a trainer.
Get this, his reply was , "No, he's not certified, to train anyone !!!!"
I told him, "He's our current Mr. Olympia"
He says "He would have to be certified, for insurance reasons !!"
Trust me, if Jay Cutler walked into that club, everybody would put thier pants on, & leave, after there were done staring at him !!!!
So their you have it, it's all about the money !!!!!
