Just finished watching Raising the bar directed by Mike Pulcinella. What a great set of 4 DVDS they are ! Mike has done an awesome job, of covering his brother Dave, preparing for his physiques contests. Dave holds nothing back at all, There are NO secrets and it shows Dave's unbelievable, work ethic.
