Food, folks do I love it, love to eat, and I love to cook.

I should have been a chef, that's for sure.

My mom & my aunt taught me a lot about food, then along came the Food channel & Emeril Lagasse !!!

Emeril has got it for sure, personality, is what it's all about. He has the knowledge, for sure, and knowledge is a very good thing !

So, what do I like ? Barbequed, anything, chicken, ribs, steak. Potatoes, corn on the cob, for sure !  I love salad, but you have to be carefull as greens have a high roughage effect ! Also, watch that salad dressing.

What to do about  butter ? i will explain that, in a minuite.

Lately, I've been eating a lot of fish. A trick I learned from a pro bodybuilder, from  his DVD. Fish goes down easy, for sure. You want to eliminate that fishy taste ? Soak it in milk, a little secret. Use fresh lemon as well, cuts salt !!

Now, what do we do about butter ??

Another trick I learned and this has saved me a ton of calories, is to eliminate butter, and use butter spray !. Also, I cook my eggs in butter cooking spray, & i use cheddar chesse flavored sprinkles as well. Saves me 500 calories, right there, & it tastes great !!

Personally, I can't stand, dry chicken breasts, usually caused by overcooking them. I have found that turkey breast is a great, & tasty alternative. I wish everyday, could be Thanksgiving day food !
