Why ?

Why do others, do what they do, at the gym ?

I have observed people doing things, that defy logic, common sense, and everything else !

For example, I saw a women doing cardio for at least 1 hour ? This women looked horrible, drawn, stringy. What was even worse was I bet she has never strength trained, as her muscles looked "soft" ?

Then, I have seen this over and over again. People who do cardio, at such a low intensity, they never break a sweat. You can tell how hard someone , who is working out, by how much they sweat !

I'm suprised, that at my gym, that they haven't thrown me out, for sweating, too much !!

The best ones are the people at the gym, who lift so little weights.

I saw one guy, today, doing curls with15 lb. dumbells, doing like 30 reps ???

Then, here is another one. I see people standing on one leg, lifting weights ? CORE tarining, what ???

Then I have seem pople lifting there feet off the ground, when doing a bench press ? Like what is up with that ?? That's an accident, just waiting to happen. Or, how about people laying on a ball, or sitting doing curls, or whatever, another accident, just waiting to happen. Leave those balls, for the beach, PLEASE !!!

When training, as in life, always keep both feet on the ground, at ALL times
