Why do we train ?
To look good, to feel good, to accomplish something ?
For one thing, it can be many reasons. We all have are own, and we all have different goals.
Examine,why you do train ?
What is your goal, & how long will it take you ?
Goals and PRIORITES MUST be set, for sure ! Otherwise, just forget about it all. You're wasting your time !
